Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers airline subscriptions on Vaeroly, operated by Mohammed Aboelnasr (Riyadh, Saudi Arabia). Flying as a pilot is free.

Free trial

A new airline gets a free trial of 14 days. Nothing is charged during the trial, and it ends by itself if you don't subscribe.

Subscription

After the trial, an airline costs 7.00 USD a month, charged monthly through PayPal and renewing automatically until it is cancelled.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time: from your airline's Subscription page, or in your PayPal account.
After cancelling, the airline stays fully open until the end of the month you already paid for. Then it is paused: no new bookings or pilots, but nothing is deleted, and subscribing again reopens it.

Refunds

Payments already made are not refunded, including for part of a month, except where the law requires it.
If you were charged by mistake (for example twice for the same month), write to [email protected] within 30 days and we will refund the extra payment.
Payment disputes can also be raised with PayPal under its own buyer protection rules.

Late or failed payments

If a renewal fails, the airline stays open for a few days while PayPal retries. If no payment arrives, it is paused as above until the subscription is paid again.
