Vaeroly (https://vaeroly.com) is a crew centre for virtual airlines: groups of flight simulator pilots who fly together under an airline's name. It is operated by Mohammed Aboelnasr, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. By creating an account or using the website, the ACARS app, the Discord bot or any other part of Vaeroly, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
1. Flight simulation only
Vaeroly is for entertainment in flight simulators. Nothing on it (flight plans, weather, charts, routes, scores) may be used for real-world navigation or flight. Virtual airlines on Vaeroly are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any real airline, even when they use a real airline's name, codes, callsigns or schedule.
2. Your account
- Give a real email address and keep your password and two-step login codes to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- One person, one account. Don't share it or sign in as someone else.
- You must be at least 13, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
3. Fair play and behaviour
- Don't file false flight reports, tamper with the ACARS app or its data, or use tricks (such as time acceleration or slewing where they aren't allowed) to gain points, ranks, awards or league places.
- Don't harass other pilots, post offensive content, spam, or pretend to be staff or someone else.
- Don't attack, overload, scrape or try to break into the service or other people's accounts.
- When you fly on VATSIM, IVAO or another network, its rules apply too.
4. Airlines and their staff
Each virtual airline is run by its own owner and staff. They set its rules, approve pilots, review flight reports and may suspend members of their airline. The owner is responsible for the airline's content, staff and Discord server, and for how their staff use what they see about pilots. Vaeroly administrators may approve, suspend or remove airlines and accounts that break these terms. To help an airline, Vaeroly support can view its staff pages; changes need a logged, time-limited support session that the owner is told about.
5. Subscriptions and payments
New airlines get a free trial of 14 days. After it, an airline costs 7.00 USD a month, renewing automatically through PayPal until it is cancelled. You can cancel any time; the airline stays open until the end of the month already paid. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Payments are handled by PayPal under their own terms; Vaeroly never sees your card or bank details.
6. Content you add
You keep the rights to what you add (names, logos, news, events, routes, images). You let Vaeroly store and show it to run the service. Only add content you are allowed to use.
7. Discord
Linking your Discord account lets airlines recognise you in their Discord servers: in a server an airline has connected, the Vaeroly bot may set your nickname to your pilot ID and name there and give you a role, and may post flights and news. You can unlink at any time from your profile. Discord's own terms apply to your use of Discord.
8. The service is provided as is
Vaeroly is provided "as is", without warranties. It may change, be interrupted or lose data (we keep encrypted backups, but can't guarantee them). To the extent the law allows, Vaeroly is not liable for indirect losses, or for more than the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Ending your account
You can leave an airline, download your data or delete your account at any time from your profile (see the Privacy Policy). An airline owner must hand the airline over, or ask us to close it, before deleting their account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. Each version is numbered and dated, and signed-in users are told when a new one is published. Questions: [email protected]. Automatic emails come from [email protected] and can't be answered.
