Working with other airlines

Vaeroly hosts many airlines, and several features let yours work with the others. Each is off until you turn it on.

Be found, and hire

The directory: under Staff → Settings → Community, tick List us in the public airline directory. Your airline then shows on the public Airlines page and takes part in the monthly league.
Hiring: in the Hiring card next to it, tick We're recruiting and say who you're looking for. The directory shows Hiring on your card, and pilots can filter for airlines that are hiring and for your tags (simulators, networks, region, style).
Verified careers (Optional features): pilots who already fly at other airlines here can show that record with their application. You see each airline, rank, hours and flights, and can add those hours as transfer hours with one click.

Codeshares: share routes with a partner airline (Staff → Routes). Once they accept, each airline's pilots can book the other's shared flights, and the flight counts at their own airline. Both airlines need the switch on.
Events with other airlines: invite other airlines to co-host an event (Staff → Community, under each event). Pilots of every host sign up and fly it.
Alliances: found an alliance and invite airlines by ICAO code or web address, or accept an invitation (Staff → Airline settings → Alliance). The alliance gets a public page with its members, their events and a monthly table.

Starter templates: offer your hubs, fleet, routes and ranks to airlines that are just starting (Staff → Airline settings → Import & export). A Vaeroly administrator looks at it first; pilots are never included.
Benchmarks: with Airline analytics on, the analytics page compares your retention, flights per active pilot and review wait with the median of similar-sized airlines. Only medians of at least 5 airlines are shown, and nobody sees your numbers.
