Your flights and events in your calendar
Your Profile gives you a private calendar link. Subscribe to it once in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook and your schedule stays up to date there by itself, for every airline you fly for.
What's in it
- Events you signed up for, from their start for as long as they run, with the event's description and your departure slot when you have one.
- Your booked flights. With a departure time, the flight shows at that time for its scheduled block time. Without one, it shows as a reminder on the day you booked it, marked "no departure time set".
- Roster pairings you won, across the roster's dates, with the flights in order.
A flight leaves the calendar once it's flown or cancelled. Events and rosters that ended more than 30 days ago drop out too. Nothing about other pilots is in it, and neither is your email address.
Make your link
- Open your Profile and find the Calendar card.
- Press Make my calendar link.
- Press Subscribe to open it in your calendar app, or press Copy and paste the link into your calendar's "add calendar from URL" (Google Calendar: Other calendars → From URL; Outlook: Add calendar → Subscribe from web).
Calendar apps check the link every so often, from a few minutes to a few hours apart, depending on the app. Times are in UTC, so your calendar shows them in your own time zone.
Keep it private
Anyone who has the link can see your schedule, without signing in. If you shared it by mistake:
- Reset link makes a new link. The old one stops working at once, so subscribe again with the new one.
- Switch off stops the link altogether until you make a new one.
Asking for your account to be deleted switches the link off too.
One event only
On an event's page, Add to calendar downloads that one event as a file instead. It doesn't update when the event changes.
