Events and tours with other airlines

Some events and tours are run by Vaeroly for many airlines at once. When your airline takes part, you fly them like your airline's own, and your flights count on one leaderboard with every airline taking part.

Find them

They show on Events & tours → Events and Events & tours → Tours next to your airline's own, marked with other airlines. You only see them when your airline's staff have joined; if you don't see one a friend at another airline talks about, ask your staff.

Fly them

Everything works as for your airline's events and tours:

  • Open an event to sign up or use Add to calendar.
  • A flight counts when you fly it with your own airline, between the event's airports, inside its time window. You get the event's bonus points, as for any event.
  • A tour's legs count in order, from the tour's start, with flights that count (accepted or complete). If the tour has an award, your airline gives it to you when you finish.

See Events, tours and focus airports for how events and tours work.

The combined leaderboard

Click with other airlines next to an event, or Combined leaderboard on the event's or tour's page. It shows:

  • Airlines, ranked by flights that counted (for a tour: legs flown), then by pilots taking part.
  • Pilots of every airline taking part, with their airline's name, ranked by flights (for a tour: legs flown).

If you chose to stay off leaderboards on your Profile (Privacy), your name isn't listed, but your flights still count for your airline. See Privacy settings.
